About BODYPERFECTION

My fitness programs are geared toward total body conditioning through intelligent resistive training that will prepare oneself for the task selected.

Through periodization, which is the process of structuring the volume and intensity levels of your training program over a long period of time.  Usually, the training program is divided into 3 segments.  Each training segments has a different focus or phase, which is designed to build on the previous phase.  Each segment lasts 3 to 4 months, so the entire process takes close to a year.
